The objective of the ALPI is to strengthen relationships among USAID, US PVOs and African NGOs, thereby improving the effectiveness of development practice. POSDEV is managing the process in Ghana and houses the Secretariat. In collaboration with CARE, CRS, OICI, GAPVOD and USAID, POSDEV has developed an activity plan which will lead to a better policy environment for NGOs working in Ghana.
