I. Capacity Strengthening of NGOs - Strengthen institutional and technical capacities of NGOs in certain key areas - Training workshop on fundraising strategies
- Roundtable on process of registration of national NGOs by USAID - 30 NGOs have been equipped with different fundraising strategies
- 3 NGOs have begun the registration process with USAID

II. Information sharing mechanisms - Improve information exchange among the ALPI partners - Creation of an ALPI column in the CCA –ONG information bulletin (which appears every 3 months)
- Opening of an ALPI window on CCA-ONG website - The column in the bulletin has began and functioning
- ALPI exists on the CCA-ONG website

III. Partnership - Create a mechanism for information exchange regarding professional experiences among NGOs , PVOs and USAID - Organisation of regular meetings of the country team
- Day of information exchange about professional experiences in food security - 30 Rotating meetings of country team
- Strengthened dialogue and partnership among the 3 partners

IV. MCA Process in Mali - Clarify the conditions for NGO, PVO participation in the MCA process - A day of information sharing on the MCA process

V. Follow-up and Evaluation - Plan a rigorous and participatory management of the ALPI Initiative - Determine activities
